De Beers London presents Vibrations: A High Jewellery universe inspired by the quiet yet enduring power of inland water.
Vibrations captures the emotional resonance of water on the cusp of transformation: a river about to cascade down a precipice, droplets clinging to a verdant riverbank, or freshly crystallised clusters of ice.
The collection pays homage to the life-enriching force of water as it travels through the vast landscape’s of De Beers London’s sourcing counties - Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Canada.
UNDULATION
A tribute to the Okavango Delta in Botswana, Undulation reflects the movements of water as it traces the meanders of the Okavango River. Undulating lines flow through the designs, while green rough diamonds—among the rarest of coloured diamonds - reflect the diversity of shades in the Delta’s vegetation.
CASCADE
The Cascade set draws on the force of Tugela Falls in South Africa that plunges for more than 980m over sheer basalt cliffs, sending clouds of misty foam rising from its depths. Carved chalcedony and strands of chalcedony beads introduce fluid continuity, while pear-cut diamonds echo the downward rhythm of falling water.
