Diamonds were said in ancient times to have formed from stars, becoming drops of water, cascading like a waterfall, as they reached the earth. Paying homage to this legend, we created the Assana by De Beers collection. The very best of our artisanal craftsmanship combines with this imagery in our exceptional diamond necklace. It is composed of a collection of 60 round brilliant, pear-shaped and marquise-shaped diamonds, graduated in size. At the necklace's centre, a singular ~2.25 carat pear-shaped diamond drop draws the eye with its innate Fire, Life and Brilliance. The total weight of diamonds in this piece is ~37.47 carats, each one responsibly sourced, selected by eye and hand-aligned in 18K white gold.
